MTU Detroit Diesel Australia will showcase its future engine innovation, with the Australian debut of MTU’s Tier 4 platform at Aimex, held in Sydney from 20 to 23 August 2013.
With its “ready for the future” themed stand (number 611) MTU Detroit Diesel Australia’s Professional Power People will present, for the first time in Australia, the MTU 12V 4000 Tier 4 engine, as well as MTU’s 12V 2000 Tier 2, Allison’s 4500 Series and a genuine parts display.
MTU’s next generation Series 4000 Tier 4 technology covers the 800 to 3,000 kW power ranges, and impressively consumes less fuel than today’s Tier 2 engines, despite having to meet more stringent emissions regulations.
“MTU’s Tier 4 technology offers a solid foundation to ensure your success - today and in the future. The impressive range offers uncompromising reliability, more torque, lower fuel consumption and no after-treatment – for the lowest in lifecycle costs.”
The focus of the stand highlights the ability of MTU’s engines to meet various consumer demands in today’s evolving marketplace. MTU’s engines offer clean, powerful and cost-effective solutions, making MTU the perfect match for domestic and international construction and mining companies.
According to Geoff Bailey, Chief Sales Officer – MTU Detroit Diesel Australia, “MTU engines’ adherence to international emissions regulations has contributed to its popularity among Australian businesses, which are actively seeking cleaner propulsion solutions.”
